A Registered Patent Agent and technology lawyer with over fifteen years of experience at the intersection of innovation, intellectual property, valuation, and commercialization. Prasanna brings deep expertise in structuring, evaluating, and monetizing intangible assets across technologies and emerging sectors. With a strong background in science, Technology law, and valuation frameworks, he plays a key role in shaping InstaEvaluate’s vision of building robust, defensible, and practitioner-friendly valuation systems. His focus lies in standardization, accuracy, and translating complex valuation logic into usable technology for professionals.

With a strong business acumen & deep understanding, he has a proven track record of identifying and building successful businesses across Capital Markets including Debt, Equity, MF, Retirement Fund Advisory, Merchant Banking and Investment Banking. He has worked like a passionate entrepreneur in his previous assignment & developed set of departments to serve the Clients in all streams. He enjoys strong relationships with many corporates & promoters and worked very closely with them in all phases of their growth journey. Known in industry as People Friendly Person who quickly understands the requirements & delivers the same at the speed of thoughts.
